Minister Haxhiu says there are people at the Law Medicine Institute who do not want good for the state

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu said the dictatorship it heads has a challenge managing the Law Medicine Institute (IML).

Haxhiu, not mentioning names, said there are persons inside the IML who do not want good for this institution and who work for personal interests.

“To The IML still has a challenge, we've had big problems, with people who don't want good for the state, institutes and MDLs, have personal interests, I won't be released on separate names. IML knows what I think about, for all of them, there are officials who make the maximum effort, I'll appreciate it W. D even though we've had a serious situation in the disappearance of Astri Dehar, burning the object, he's taken over to run it, and he's making a maximum effort”, Haxhi said, for RTV Dukagini.

Haxhiu stressed that he has sought the creation of an investigative commission for developments in the IML and for the disappearance of Astrit Dehar samples.

Since the prosecution is not doing the job properly, an investigative commission must be established”, she said.

Minister Haxhiu has also talked about dialogue with Serbia, saying that in the past they have rejected the 2013 agreement, after which it forms state within the state.

According to her formation of the Association, she had been stopped while in opposition to tear gas.

There will be no agreement that will dominate Kosovo. We have contested the 2013 deal because six of the points were intended to create a Serbian entity that would become a state within the state, with executive competence. She stressed that her position on association has not changed.

The agreement will go to the Constitutional Court. You know the constitution for the 2015 agreement has said 23 articles have violated the Constitution.
