Kosovo's Institute for Justice (IKD) Director Ehat Miftarajh has said that if former Serbian List Vice President Milan Radojic, to whom INTERPOL has issued international arrest talks about the 214-September attack on Zvecan Banjska, dare travel outside Serbia, then in principle he will be arrested and launch procedures for his extradition to Kosovo.
Now if Radojciac dares and travels outside Serbia, the same on the basis of the arrest issued by UNMIK on behalf of Kosovo, will in principle be arrested in that state, and extradition procedures will begin in Kosovo”, wrote Miftaraj on Facebook.
According to him, the arrest of Radojici and 20 members of the unreformed Serb group, who carried out the terrorist attack in Banjska, is of the Republic of Kosovo.
The international arrest of Radojciki and others is initiated by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo. The issued arrest is of the Republic of Kosovo. U n NMIC only puts it into the INTERPOL system, as it places dozens of such arrests within the year according to the requirements of the Kosovo Republic judicial authorities. In issuing this warrant, there is no state but the Republic of Kosovo, because they have neither the right nor the authority nor the possibility to make one, Miftaraj wrote.
According to him, the arrest issued has nothing to do with anything, nor could it have anything to do with Serbia from the EU.
