Saturday, European Union Special Envoy For the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, announced the signing of the contract between the Serbian company Elektrosever and KED.
Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi called Monday the signing of the contract between Elektroseverer and the Kosovo Power Distribution Company (KEDS), another step towards normalising the electricity supply and issue of bills to citizens in the four Serb majority municipalities in northern Kosovo.
And when 24 hours have not passed, VV spokesman Arlind Manjuka has recalled Kurti's statement that Vucciq is begging Kosovo's opposition.
Manjuka writes:
He's looking for you. He loves you.
Parliamentary debate was held in the Kosovo Assembly weeks ago over dialogue with MPs before deputies, Prime Minister Kurti reported.
At the end of the opening address, Prime Minister Kurti addressed the opposition that Aleksandar Vuciq is leaving the deal with him because he has done 3 times in a row, February 2023, March 2023, October 2023. While once signed agreements with government officials from Kosovo.
Vuciq himself had even declared an interview that wants the agreement by 2013 and 2015 or nothing. And this is not just something concrete. There's a reason why he wants to do this like there's a reason he doesn't love Kurt.
Why?
- Because Serbia's elections were held in Kosovo as if it were in Serbia.
- referenda were held.
- With the collapse of the Kurti 1 government (June 2020) Serbia's elections in Kosovo held.
- There was no reciprocity on the plates.
- There was no reciprocity in IDs.
- Serbia was on the contract.
- Serbia was operating with illegal license plates in the country's north.
- Radojciq controlled the north from his villa.
- No one challenged Serbia either on the issue of electricity payment.
- Too much because others...
Among other things, Vuciq after demanding 2013 and 2015, in another statement said there is nothing until Kurti is in power.
So it is clear that and why he is looking for someone else, someone else is loving him.
In this regard, journalist Lirim Mehmetaj has reacted, who asks that éa live in parallel worlds or are unscrupulous, writing:
Do they live in parallel worlds, or are they unscrupulous?
Not even 24 hours have passed since it was announced that Kosovo and Serbia are continuing to finalise the Energy Agreement, proceeding with the next step where Kosovo gives the right to the Serbian state-run company Elektroseveri to make the distribution and billing of electricity for Serb majority municipalities in the north, and now it turns out that Vucic is having trouble reaching agreement with Kurti.
Elektrosever, which is Serbia itself, will see to it that in a considerable part of Kosovo's territory, it will collect bills on Serbia's behalf for Kosovo residents.
Serbia will supply electricity to Kosovo municipalities, and citizens there will respond at payment to Serbia.
To do that, they will use the Kosovo (KEDS) network, which they claim as their own, since they say Kosovo is part of Serbia.
Albin Kurti has reached this agreement with Aleksandar Vucic, and he goes out and says Vucic is looking for the others.
Who did they get the others? Those who through Rambouille have secured shelling and deliverance and through Vienna have secured independence? Are you asking for them?
It is true that with the others, Serbia has signed. It has signed the surrender agreement and the acceptance of the withdrawal of military and police troops from Kosovo.
