Limaj: This society is drowning in hypocrisy and opportunism, it is the fault of politics that for certain political purposes has killed the state

Initiative leader Fatmir Limaj has said there is no room for a successful man and story in Kosovo, as the most hated man in Kosovo today is the one who tells the truth.

There is no room for a successful man in Kosovo, there is no room for a successful story in Kosovo, today the most hated man in Kosovo is the one who tells the truth”, Limaj told Blic newspaper.

He says that such occasions give you an impression that is not possible in this country.

“The spirit of the state is this to be killed, to lose my enthusiasm, to create the impression that you are not living in this country. Everything that's done here seems nothing, any good work done here doesn't count on and gradually make the country irrelevant. What is the state today for a young Kosovo boy, this is the fault of politics that for certain political purposes has killed the state, the success story story in Kosovo”, he added.

Limaj says this society is drowning in hypocrisy and opportunism, where he says that the mere citizen has been exposed more than ever to these dangers

We know who doesn't keep his word, we know exactly who that man is, who's a pathological liar. There's a lot of hypocrisy and opportunism here, this society is being flooded with hypocrisy and opportunism, and the ordinary citizen is more exposed than ever to these risks”, Limaj said.

On the other hand, he says it is the last moment that we as a society start a major social debate within us and not be rewarded with lies and fraud.

He also spoke of Liridona Murselli's murder.

It's the last time that we as a society start a major social debate inside of us and not be rewarded with lies. Each family in Kosovo is shocked to hear of such a murder planned. That's alarming to me is the time to open up a social debate about what the political influences are, what are the effects of school, the work, all of them play their own role, and everybody as a society has to see ourselves where we are. We really don't want to hear the truth and what's being rewarded is what's best packed, and the package is what you want to hear, and what you want to hear in Kosovo today is lies and what they did is bad”, Limaj concluded.
