Lighting candles in Pristina tonight in honor of Kadri Wessel's lawyer, Andrew. Strong

Andrew. Strong ʹ one of the most professional and respected lawyers for his passion for justice was separated from life Monday. Health conditions in the last days of his life deteriorated and unfortunately failed to survive.

Strong was one of the lawyers of former Prime Minister Kadri Veselin at the Special Court in The Hague, while part of the AAK's defence team, Ramush Haradinaj.

And in his honour at the Kosovo National Theatre at 6:00, candles will be lit.

This task is organised by group “Freedom has the name”.

The lawyer was admitted to the hospital after on Friday he experienced a heart attack while running on the trail to The Hague.

Despite the intervention and efforts to provide first aid to the country and its transfer to the hospital from the Emergency Unit, Strong failed to cope with the injury caused by the acute heart attack.

He died Monday, afternoon.

Many colleagues and associates in Kosovo who have worked with them at different times have also written about his death.
