Kurti gave this statement at the holiday of the year organised by the Vetevendosje Movement.
For the first time, Kosovo now has no ties to organised crime and no fear of it. Rather, it is now organized crime, in the north and south, that is terrified of government: either leave or surrender. Well, just as if prosecutors had a little bit more courage, the judges had a little harder, from Balkan champions as we are, we could become European champions”, Kurti said.
He also spoke of the Vetting process, where he said reforms are necessary.
On the plains of justice, it seems that green light has been given to an important reform Vetting. These reforms will take years to produce results, but they are necessary to regulate and ensure the functioning of justice, which should be one of the pillars of our democratic country”, Kurti has declared.
