The speech was boycotted by opposition parties such as the PDK and the AAK, meanwhile, the LDK was present in the Assembly Hall to hear the President's speech.
Among the most interesting moments from this session, two photos published by the portal Arbresh, show the prime minister to have forgotten the phone at his seat until he comes back and takes it.
