Wind in Kosovo, failed badly in Albania, is now trying in northern Macedonia. Kurti seems to have decided to test political power even in neighbouring states of the country, writes Periscope.
As the outcome of over 50% in the recent elections in Kosovo left it sweet, Kosovo's prime minister had also intervened in Albania's general elections in 2021. Vetevendosje there had competed with three candidates -- Boykan Abbasin, Kreshnik Merdjani and Ilaz Shehu.
However, the party, which leads Kosovo, failed with results in Albania.
In the 25 April elections, Albin Kurti's party received only 3541 votes, out of over 1.66 million votes cast nationwide.
Politicians in Kosovo accused Kurti of abandoning the country among the pandemic to campaign in Albania.
But Kurt did not leave it that far. Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's Vetevendosje movement is also officially involved in the power race in northern Macedonia, joining the Albanian opposition coalition there.
Democratic Movement Chairman Izet Mexhit wrote on Facebook that Bekim Qoku, Kurti's adviser, attended the opening of the coalition's joint office.
“Move V EVIDENCE joins the European League for Change. Today by 24.12.2023, in the heart of Skopje, directly at “Square. Skenderbeu”, the European League for Change made the opening of the joint coalition office. The opening of the staff took part in the heads of the three alternative parties, the Besa Movement and the Democratic Movement, where the Vetevendosje Movement from Kosovo, with its representative, Mr. Bekim Qoku as part of the opposition front, where the case” was held before those present, wrote Medge.
In this event, he has said that with Kurti's party incriminating, they will make the long-awaited “change of” even in northern Macedonia.
I enjoy the fact that on this beautiful day, our opposition front was joined by Movement V. SEVEN, and after the change in Kosovo and the Valley, together we will bring the long-awaited change to the Albanians of Northern Macedonia”, Medzi said.
In terms of trying to divide Albanians in northern Macedonia, Kurti was criticised by politicians there.
Northern Macedonia's first Deputy Prime Minister, Artan Grubi of the DUI ranks, had been questioned by reporters in Gostivar, had spoken of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurtin's visit to Cair and Tetovo in August.
Grubi had said that some people have misused Kurti's visit to Macedonia, until it added that without the party leading Ali Ahmeti, neither the “Amdem Demaci” nor can be made the Tetovo-Prizren road.
