Serbia has consistently shown a non-resilitative rather destabilising policy not only towards Kosovo but also the Balkans in general. Vuciki's victory in Serbia and the support of Serbian nationalists in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in Kosovo, clearly shows that Serbia has not stopped and is not stopping right on its journey to achieve that concept of Serbian dealt with. Kastrati has spoken even about whether Kosovo is ready to respond to major terrorist attacks from Serbia.
