The Basic Prosecutor in Pristina has filed charges against D.B., official at the Civil Recording Agency (ARC) in Pristina, suspected of two criminal acts: “Using official position or authority” and “Falsification of the official document”
According to the indictment, there is good-based doubt that from 1510,2021 to 18,05.23, in Pristina, at the offices of the Civil Recording Agency (ARC), defendant D. B, “in the quality of the administrative official near this agency, responsible for the application and distribution of personal documents (innocentation, driver's license and passport) with the aim of profiting wealth for itself or for others, deliberately and knowingly, has consistently misused his legal documents, acting in opposition to primary and secondary legislation for personal documents, in order that, with the initial benefits of the M.D., the citizen of the Republic of Albania, requested by Interpol for criminal acts of narcotics, it has benefited against the complete law by helping the document and personal documentation to damage it, with the use of Kosovo's documents and passports. N, as he has done with 7 (seven) other people, misusing the person's personal data of the injured, in which the defendant had access to”.
The State Prosecutor, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the court that the defendant be convicted and condemned under the law for criminal acts that are imposed on him, also proposed that the same sentence be pronounced additional “banning the exercise of functions in public administration or in public services”.
