Delays in handling these cases, there is another finding of this report. If recommendations are analysed, almost none of them have to do with financial actions, but with professional actions of the KDR and KKP. Among other things, the recommendations have to do with term notice of victims, informing victims of the judicial process, developing programmes and psychological activities needed to treat victims, investigating cases of domestic violence, references and treatment procedures, prioritizing cases and so on. None of these issues are closely related to economic and financial actions”, he said, among other things. IKD in response to ZKA.
The IKD says all these issues are professional aspects of justice system management.
