Former Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj has criticised the Kurti government, saying they gave up the condition that was once German and then became EU for “legally binding” agreements with Serbia.
MP The PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, has written that a decade ago, Kosovo lost a great friend, former German Foreign Minister Guido Westernwell, who, according to Hoxhaj, gave extraordinary support to independent Kosovo and played a key role in establishing the German condition in the possible agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
But, Hoxhaj further criticised the current government that has given up this condition, and have accepted an agreement that is not legally binding, nor has mutual recognition.
“A decade ago, we lost a great friend, former foreign minister of Germany, Guido Westernwell. He gave extraordinary support to independent Kosovo and personally knows that he played a key role in establishing the German condition, and later to the EU condition, “legally binding” agreement for Serbia, a condition which the Government of Kosovo dropped this year by accepting an agreement that is neither legally binding agreement nor has mutual recognition! ”, Hoxhaj wrote.
