The event took place after midnight, while the injured after the treatment were released home.
The case for Clankosova has confirmed the Regional Police spokesman in Gjilan, Valon Osmani, who announced that fire inspector has also emerged at the scene.
The event is being investigated by police, with co-ordination with the state prosecutor.
