Haxhi Shala sent to The Hague, his lawyer says he is suspected of obstructing justice

Former Kosovo Parliament deputy Haxhi Shala, also known as commander Topi, has been sent to The Hague.

This for Express confirmed by his lawyer, Jevdet Smakqi, who disclosed what he suspected.

“Haxhi Shala has left in the morning for The Hague. He is suspected of obstruction in justice, influence on witnesses”, he said.

He was arrested yesterday after the Special conducted raids on his properties and sent him to EULEX office in Fushe Kosovo.
