Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has responded immediately to Special Prosecutor General Blerim Isufaj, who her statements called them a tendency to intervene in the work of the prosecutorial system.
Haxhiu has said Isufaj must respond to why he consented to withdrawing the arrest warrant against Milan Radojiciqi.
Had the arrest warrant not been issued in 2021, a terrorist attack in Banissk likely would not have taken place.
Instead of reactions to our statements, Blerim Isufaj, let them answer only the question of why the arrest of chief criminal Radojciq was withdrawn in 2021? If it wasn't removed, there might be a 2021 arrest. Don't try to get away from the bottom of the case!
Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor indicated at a media conference Friday that he had consented to a phase that Milan Radojciqi was removed from arrest warrant as suspected of the murder of Oliver Ivanovic politician in the northern part of Kosovo in 2018.
The reasons he said can tell, since it's a sensitive case.
