So she said at the “Gender Preferences and Aborti Selestive ʹ gender discrimination and harmful practices against girls”.
Under the global campaign “16 days of activism against gender-based violence”, Haxhi added that during these days they have organised numerous activities, because, she said, they are concerned with violence.
She mentioned the murder of Liridona Ademiaj, where among the three suspects is her husband, Naim Murseli.
A case which should receive the punishment deserved by our institutions of justice. The case that happened a few days ago is evidence that we still have much work to do. All institutions must be in charge of office. No one in the Republic of Kosovo has the right to encroach on anyone's dignity”, she said.
