The former minister of education has stressed that in the last three years, the school year has started late.
It has listed on four points, the reasons it says have influenced Kosovo to come up so low:
“1. The education minister's first job as minister has done by violating the Constitution with the return of reform to education that the Kamenica municipality had launched. 2. Nagavci's second action and the entire government has been the defeat of SBASK rather than the rise of quality in education. This Government Battle - SBASK paid the students, losing thousands of classes”, wrote Bajrami.
“3. The violation of the Constitution - Minister Nagavci - conducted the next experiment with books this year. And, we're at the end of our first half anniversary and there are still students who go to books that are incomplete at school. 4. Today, when we are commenting on this result of PISA, August with its data confirms that in our country about 73% of parallels and 33% of schools do not meet the teaching development legal criteria, and the minister still has no action to reshuffle the school network”.
