Under the summit, President Osmani will also brief heads of state and EU regarding the security situation in the country following the attack on Serbia's aggression on 24 September.

The Balkans, as well as the need for sustainable and irreversible achievement of partner reforms, supported by EU values and principles, are highlighted in the report.
EU and Western Balkan leaders in Brussels will, among other things, discuss the process of enlargement and the European perspective of Western Balkan countries, co-ordination with the common EU foreign and security policy, and overcoming common challenges.
These will be the main themes:
Accessing Western Balkan partners with EU and advancing gradual integration
Building economic foundations for the future and easing the impact of Russian aggression against Ukraine
Intensification of political, policy engagement
Strengthening Security
A joint press conference will be held by European Council President Charles Michel, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen at the end of the meeting.
The leaders are also expected to issue a statement.
At 3:30, leaders will begin gathering, and at 5: 00 p.m., work sessions are expected to begin. A family photo was also introduced at 18:15 and a business dinner at 18:30. Finally, a news conference has been warned at 20:45.
