At the “cathedral, Mother Teresa” in Pristina is being held the main Christmas mass, led by the Kosovo Archbishop, Dode Gjergji.
In this case, he delivered messages of goodness, closeness, and solidarity, saying that Christmas is an opportunity to be grateful and to reinforce our consciousness.
Citing the importance of Christmas, Bishop Dode Gjergji said this is a holiday to be grateful to the Creator, whom he said makes us stronger.
Bishop Dode Gjergji also prayed for needy ones as he called for more peace in the world, which he said is destroying the fate of many.
I sincerely wish to pray to God for all the people in need, for the sick, for those who lack care, for love, especially I pray for peace in the world because peace in many countries is destroying the fate of many people, the lives of many innocents, and if we have experienced this evil commit to maintain peace after us”, he said.
He also called for more love among himself and for promoting interreligious tolerance, which he said is wealth for our society.
On Christmas occasion, congratulations messages have sent religious and political representatives to Kosovo.
