Initially, Kosovo police had reported the case as “taken by the consequences of killing”, while two days later, police had announced the arrest of three people suspected of the case.

One of them was the already deceased husband, Liridona, Naim Murseli, and the other identified was Granit Plava é who allegedly committed the “to order”.

Granit Plava, who is also fellow villagers with Naim Mursel, was allegedly paid 30,000 euros for the murder by Murseli, where 15 thousand euros had been taken before the execution of the murder, and another 15 thousand would receive after the murder of Liridona.

And later, Kosovo Police arrested a third person as suspected of killing Liridona Ademij.

As learned, the detainee was the Cocalla Framework member of the Kosovo Security Force.

But what was the reason for moving him toward this criminal act?

According to reports in some media, Naim Mursel had previously paid life insurance to Liridona Ademiys in a Swedish company. And it was claimed that security could cover expenses of up to 20m euros.

However, Swedish newspaper journalist Bjoslängen, Henrik Lundbjörk, has told Kosovo Press that according to his knowledge, the highest amount of security is 500 thousand euros.

On the other hand, reports between the couple were not in their best interests, something their families may not have been informed of.

In a document that has assured Kosovo Press, it is confirmed that Naim and Liridona had made a joint request for divorce in a Swedish court.

However, divorce had taken place, since within six months to one year, no one had gone to confirm that they wanted a divorce.

For this, the Udddevalla District Court on February 24, 2020, had made a decision to interrupt the case by further proceedings.

On January 31, 2019, Liridon Murseli and Naim Murseli have delivered a joint declaration of divorce. The District Court ruled that divorce be preceded by a period of at least six months and a year's maximum. In terms of the ruling, the district court announced the parties could ask in writing for partition within the deadline. No request for a divorce decision has reached the district court. The issue of separation has dropped. The District Court dismisss the case from further proceedings”, the following document says.

Otherwise, several versions have been circulated so far, which may have led to this equal act but still have nothing official.

The 30-year-old murder case, which left two children behind, prompted numerous reactions in the country, starting with institutional leaders calling for the leaders of the work to get the deserved punishment as soon as possible.
