The U.S. State Department has demanded that Kosovo and Serbia seriously co-operate “in normalising relations and in this direction “urgently implement the undertaken obligations, which include the founding of the Serb-populated municipality Association.

“We've been clear in our attitude to this: United States continues to support EU-enlightened dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, as the only way to achieve a peaceful and productive relationship between Kosovo and SerbiaThe spokesman said.
“We repeat our calls for both countries to engage seriously and urgently towards this goal and fully implement all their dialogue commitments, which include the Association of Serb Major communities.”, said State Department spokesman.
