The Constitutional Court in Pristina has appointed a month-long detention measure for suspects E. B, who allegedly killed his wife's father.
According to the Court's report, there is doubt that the defendant E.D. committed a criminal offence by Article 173 of KPRK, “that way that by the date of 29.11.2023, around 21:15, after a dispute between defendants E.B. and his wife's father and brother, who had begun fighting in their midst, where during the physical clash between them, with the intent of granting life, the E.B. indictee hits him with a cold weapon now deceased. K”
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.

Pristina, December 22, 2023 ) The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has held hearings, deciding on the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the detention measure, in criminal case against E.B. defendants. Because of the criminal offence, the serious murder by Article 173 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
The Pre-Procedure Procedure Judge has approved as based on the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of the detention measure against indictees E.B. so the same has assigned the measure of detention in length of 1 (a) month.
Defendants E.B. is assigned the detention measure in line with Article 184 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.1 and 1.2, points 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 related to Article 185, 186, 187 of the KKP.
There is a doubt that the defendant E.D. committed a criminal murder by Article 173 of KPRK, in a way that by the date 29.11.2023, around 21:15, after a dispute between defendants E.B. and his wife's father and brother, where they had started fighting between themselves, where during the physical clash between them, the defendant E.B. deliberately hits with a cold weapon now felt AK.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
