Democratic Party of Kosovo Vice President Vlora Citaku, commenting on the negotiations with Serbia, said that in the three years of Kurti government, from recognition in the centre, negotiations have been degraded with unrecognised agreements at the centre, even with autonomy for northern Serbs.
She has said that following Russian aggression in Ukraine, it has been a moment, because the international factor has been unique to permanently wrap up dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia with a comprehensive central recognition agreement.
