In a video posted by the newspaper “Demos”, Haradinaj is heard saying to Gucatit: “O come chief, come”.

“on December 12th 2023, Kosovo Specialised Chambers Speaker (DHSK), Judge Ekaterina Trendafilova, decided to modify Mr. Nasim Haradinaj for his release on December 14th 2023, or about that date, under conditions defined in the decision. These conditions will be in effect during the remainder of the sentence handed down by the Court of Appeals panel, specifically for the remainder of the four-year-three-month sentence. ” is said in the Special Court's decision.
