Peach has said the United Kingdom consistently supports Kosovo's independence and security.
As for the September 24th attack on Banjska, Peach has said he has carefully heard the concerns raised during the meetings and has said the UK expects the authors to be held accountable.
He has said he has delivered the same message in Serbia.
Peach has suggested that after last month's attacks and strengthening the face of international security, it is time to address concerns and move forward with existing efforts for all citizens to feel that they have a future in a multiethnic and diverse Kosovo.
The British Emissary has said that progress in establishing the Association of Serb-run municipalities in the context of broader implementation of agreements that have been reached through EU dialogue is an important part of these efforts.
