He has guaranteed that no agreement that will be signed under this process will threaten security and territorial integrity, constitutionality and the legal order of Kosovo.

He has also talked about visa liberalisation for Kosovo, which comes into force from January 1st of 2024.

On the other hand, he praised his rule in 2023, while he said that in 2024 he must reflect on his teachings.

As we leave the 2023, a transformative year, let's dwell on our memory and reflect on the lessons we've learned, the achievements we've recorded.
