14-year-old murder in Skopje, Macedonian minister elaborates shocking details on case

Macedonian Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski at today's conference revealed details from the 14-year-old Skopje murder and 74-year-old who was found murdered in the vicinity of Veles. Five persons, 3 of whom are in custody, one in information talk and one abroad, are suspected.

The two minors from Skopje and 74-year-old Veles yesterday were found by police killed and buried one in Skopje and the other in Veles. The measures taken by the police led us to the perpetrators, they were deprived of freedom. Regarding the two cases, five persons are suspected, three of them are in custody, one is abroad, and the minor's father is detained and information conversation has been held with her, Spasovski said.

Minister Spasovski said the motive of the two murders has been interest, while in one case a person from the victim's closest family has been involved.

“One of the persons, in agreement and knowledge, according to initial findings, of a family has organised the execution of crime, with the aim of robbing money from the mother of the minor, of which all persons involved will financially benefit”, Spasovski said.

On the other hand, prosecutor Gavrill Bubevski said all of the involvuary in both murders have been identified. According to him, the 14-year-old was killed three hours, or less than three hours after her disappearance last Monday. /alsatm/
