Over 13 thousand euros worth of goods seized in Karaceva

Kosovo police have reported that they have prevented smuggling with goods coming from Serbia and targeted Kosovo market.

A vehicle was stopped in the Upper Karaces, and after the raids, 1005kg of plastic was found, for which there were no documents.

“According to inscriptions the goods were suspected to be originally from Serbia (market-based goods value is more than $13,000 )”, said a communique.

Regarding the case, all actions have been undertaken in co-operation with the State Prosecutor, where, by order of the competent prosecutor, goods are smuggled and sent to the customs terminal for further procedures.
