He has yet said that Kurt is deceiving even with this promise, since he finds it impossible to start next year for technical causes.

From cheating to cheating.
The archdeceiver is not about to cheat. In the absence of developmental ideas and vision for the country, it has begun to copy developmental ideas of the Democratic League of Kosovo political programme, “New”.
But even this promise, it's the next trick. Technically, it's impossible to start with the code lesson, from next year (it takes preparation, recruiting and additional teaching training, etc).
