The grave crimes investigator in the Kosovo Police has resigned on Thursday.
Sergeant Kozhan has decided to change his profession. From tomorrow, he's going to exercise attorney function.
Employed by the Kosovo Police in 2000, Kozhani has worked as an investigator at the Randa Crime Directorate from 2005 to today.
He is involved as investigators in the most serious post-war cases in Kosovo. He worked as an investigator in the case of former police officer Triumf Riza, Oliver Ivanovic's and the triple murder in Glogjan of Decani.
Recently, Sergeant Kozhani had participated in investigations into businessman Azem Morina's kidnapping case as well as the Brezovica case.
Since 2014, he has also exercised the position of investigation supervisor at the Kosovo Police.
Before he was employed in the police, Kozhani served in the Kosovo Liberation Army in the 1998-99 war.
