Cekia secured an important draw in Poland and now plays for two results against Moldova in the latest Group E match, led by Albania.
The Czechs await the Moldovan team in Prague on Monday evening at 20:45. Locals need a point to qualify at Euro-2024.
But the atmosphere ahead of <x0-finals” with Moldova is not the best at the Jaroslav Silhavy team camp.
The coach has removed three football players from the gathering because of breaking the Czech national internal rules.
They are Jacob Brabec, Vladimir Coufal and Jan Kuchta, who have immediately abandoned the team following the technical staff's decision.
