Osman for draft status: There's two or three things that create two-dimensionality, they need to be addressed.

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani said there are issues that create durability in the draft state of the Serb majority municipalities' association. She said she hopes the same will be eliminated before the draft is submitted for interpretation at the Constitutional Court. The country's first said it has prepared written comments and that it has sent all the acters involved in preparing this draft.

She said in front of the media that it is the request of international envoys not to make public comments about this draft state.

If the draft is prosecuted at the Constitutional Court, then the country's president will hand over the comments. I've worked on analysis of this document. There are issues that should be clarified because they create durability and therefore could cause problems in practice. In hopes they can be eliminated even at this stage - before the draft goes to the Constitutional Court. But if not I am convinced that the Court will clarify them based on its interpretations of the court it gave them in 2015, many of which are now like guiding principles for any association”, Osmani said.

In addition, the head of state did not elaborate on its comments, but added it is unfair that the same has not been shared with opposition parties.

Because it's his request to international followers not to make public the comments, without making them public the draft they presented, I will respect that request. Even though I think from the beginning it has been unfair and completely unreasonable that this draft should not be shared with opposition leaders. They represent as the citizens' political party of the Republic of Kosovo, so as president I have insisted on the first day that this draft be shared with them, and I very much hope that soon those who are authors of this document will also give the go-ahead to such a thing”, she added Tuesday, the KP reports.

Osman stressed that many of the principles of 2015 are not present in the Euro-American draft.

The “in 2015 has had a principle document that is agreed on between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels. Many of those principles in 2015 have been declared anti - constitutional by the Constitutional Court. And such principles, many of them are not now in the current draft. There are two-three things that create durability and of course they have to be addressed, whether before the draft goes to the Constitutional Court or by the Constitutional Court. But they must definitely be clarified eventually so as not to be allowed as they are to enter into force, because they can create problems in practice”, President Vjosa Osmani concluded.
