In the state waiting for the footnote of Albania's 111th anniversary of Independence in Tirana, unfortunately, the man who declared Kosovo's independence is physically missing. Fortunately, though, his successor is not missing. From Albania, along with Andrew, we warmly wish you 28 November all Albanians, especially our Saviors at The Hague.
