Prime Minister Albin Kurti has met with Assistant US Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien.
Not to mention dialogue with Serbia, Kurti said he has confirmed US support for Kosovo and for EU and NATO membership goals.
“Pleasure to meet with US Assistant Secretary of State [for European and Eurasian Affairs] O'Brien, who confirmed the continued US support for Kosovo. We discussed Kosovo's rapid economic and democratic progress -- widely recognised by international bodies -- and I reiterated our commitment to EU and NATO membership as our top strategic goals, Kurti wrote on X.

O'Brien during his trip to several European states has also attended the Paris Peace Forum, where Kurt is staying.
He has used this Forum to hold meetings even with leaders from several Western Balkan countries.
James O'Brien took up his role as Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs on October 5, 2023.
