Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti will stay in Albania today and tomorrow, on the occasion of the 111th anniversary of independence.
Manjola Hasa, spokeswoman for Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, told Gazeta Express that both will be present at the celebration ceremonies of November 28th.
“For holidays are always present... They will be at ceremonies in Vlora and then on the calendar of celebrations in Tirana”, Hasa said.
Kurti said today before reporters that tonight he will be in Tirana “because our theatres will perform a closing performance directed by Ilir Bocshi and will also provide the corresponding” awards.
“
Kurt didn't answer the question if he was meeting Rama.
Government spokesman Kryeziu has so far not responded to the newspaper's interest in Kurti's agenda in Albania.
On October 12th, it was the last time Kurt went to Tirana. She went to the stadium to see the Albanian National football match against Czechia under European qualifications next year. That's where Rama was, but they followed the match away. The Albanian prime minister has said he did not know that Kosovo's prime minister would go there.
Relations between the two prime ministers are not good, as Rama has had a very critical attitude toward Kurti's behaviour in dialogue with Serbia and in relation to internationals, charging that she weakened Kosovo's position in the international arena.
