Peacekeeping Mission NATO in Kosovo (KFOR) has launched an investigation to verify the facts of a video published in the media, through which KFOR soldiers allegedly buy drugs, exactly cocaine.
In a video published by “Syr.net”, a drug dealer working with KFOR soldiers has managed to document everything through the images.
According to the video, the distributor meets the Armenian soldier several times at KFOR's base near Pristina Airport, which gives him oil, military jackets, food and water in exchange for cocaine.
In a response to Telegrafi, KFOR has said that for media reports in question, KFOR has launched an investigation to prove the facts.
“NATO maintains all its personnel with the highest professional and ethical standards, and respect for rule of law is primary”, said KFOR's response. Further reportedly “K FOR continues to fully and impartially implement its mission to ensure a safe and secure environment for all people in Kosovo, based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999”.
