Although two important offices of the Law Medicine Institute were burned by fire three days ago, the institution is performing the basic tasks it is called for.
On Friday, the IML carried out a person who was found without signs of life in Pec.
The Founding Attorneyate in Pec confirmed this. And other services are being performed on IML.
All forensic services are functioning smoothly, including autopsys and clinical examinations”, said Ditor Haliti U.D. of the IML director.
While the former adviser to the Ministry of Justice, Naim Ramiz, believes the damage to a part of the Institute will not bring problems to his functioning.
“Institute deals with the cause of the damage. So I think only if there's an emergency, then it could be a waste, but all the jobs that can be collected quietly can be done later, I believe”, Ramisi declared.
On Tuesday was the second time in this year that the facility of the Institute of Legal Medicine was engulfed by fire. In neither case have the respective institutions indicated the causes of fires. / RTV Dukagini
