The deputy chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Daut Haradinaj, has said many Dukagjin regions are in the dark in the absence of electricity.
He has voiced criticism of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Through a Facebook post Sunday, Haradinaj told Kurti there is no excuse to allow this discrimination.
Furthermore, he has said these are the consequences of canceling the new thermal power plant.
Even tonight, almost every night, numerous areas of Dukagjin are in the dark, without electricity for hours. Scary to pass through the Dushkaa in total darkness. Do any of the government think about how these people warm up, in this country's high-end cold?
“Prime Minister, take measures because you have no excuse to allow this discrimination! These are the consequences when the new thermal power plant, which would now be only complete. Or maybe you're a hostage to the region's energy mafia. Serbia! ”” wrote Haradinaj.
