Albania celebrates 111-year-olds today from the state creation.
On November 28, 1912, Ismail Kemal raised the flag in Vlora, declaring Albania sovereign and independent states. 28 November is also known as Flag Day, an important day for all Albanians on Albanian trains and around the world.
