The Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade, led by Roseta Hajdari, is planning to spend nothing short of 100,000 euros on the commitment of two foreign experts -- one international and the other local.
These two experts, as mentioned in the tender's announcement, will be committed to finalising the National Investment Strategy (national Investment Policy) and the Action Plan with Kostim.
In the first tear, which the international expert enters, it requires that there be work experience and knowledge in the drafting of policies in relevant areas, such as private sector development, industrial policies, the drafting of methodology E strategies QIP, and experience in research and data analysis.
“Experience demonstrated in drafting strategy action plans and drawing up the project, project-based Management and either Monitoring and Rating, and successful delivery of relevant training is needed; At least 5 years of work experience required with various government institutions, the private sector or international development agencies; The extensive knowledge of the economic environment in Kosovo and the experience demonstrated with the demands of key donors and financial mechanisms operating in the area (region); Analytic ability and ability to interpret data and information collected through quantitative and quality research instruments” is said among other things in the required criteria regarding technical and professional capacity.
Similar criteria are also required in tear 2, for local expert.
