Rene Troccaz has been appointed France's emissary for the Western Balkans, while he has paid a visit to Kosovo on Monday, where he has met with President Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi.
“During these meetings, René Trocaz underlined France's commitment to EU enlargement in the region and our full support for the EU facilitated dialogue. France wants to see concrete progress in implementing the Brussels/Ohri agreements ahead of the upcoming high-level political meetings in Brussels”, said a communique of France's Embassy in Kosovo.
