The Union Association of Foreign Service Members, through a media communique, has counted a series of alleged violations taking place within this ministry.
Through this communiqué, they have reported on “the alarming” created in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora.
According to them, there are legal violations, disrespecting the ranking criteria and the rotation process.
The MPJD claims that the MPJD is sending several months-long diplomats, political appointments and movements of diplomats are being made after months of accreditment from one myth to another.
“Maintaining positions with task officers or with substitutes for more than 20 months, disrespecting the criteria for admission to work, transfers without any criteria from other government reactors to MPJD, transfers without criteria within the MPJD, lowering the salaries of service members abroad, and applying multiple standards” are according to them some of the concerns identified.
“Actions within MPJD, lack of accountability and transparency, are also in full opposition to the principles of the Public Administration developed by SIGMA”.
The USSF has said that in the absence of access to issues within the institution it has had to be informed through the communiqué of the opinion on what they say “has been alarming” in the MPJD. /Indesksonline
