Elections, plates, driver's license, and auto school for northern municipalities, part of talks in Brussels

During yesterday's Kosovo and Serbian parties have stayed in Brussels for meetings with emissar Miroslav Lajcak. Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi has said that the joint meeting, Lajcak, Bislimi, Petkov “has occurred, and that neither has there been any need for one.” But Bislim has suggested that the plates were spoken there, [...]

But, Bislimi has suggested that there was talk of license plates, patent drivers, and the establishment of autoschools for northern municipalities where Serbs there would get driver's license. These issues he said he discussed with Lajcak.

Bislimi has also said he has talked about elections, precisely about the content of the forms with which the petition for the dismissal of Albanian mayors will be called.

We've talked about the perfect performance of recording signs where Mr. Lajcak commends Kosovo for the success achieved so far and issues 2 or 3 requirements for additional steps that can be made so that after converting the signs, Serbian citizens can have access to all services, as it has to do with driving patents, then with the establishment of an autoschool in the four cities in Kosovo's north, so that young people can get the license of the Republic of Kosovo<1>.

Speaking of elections in the northern part, Bislimi has also discovered the EU trap.

Also discussed was the next steps to hold early elections in four municipalities in northern Kosovo. There was a slight concern with the content of the form that will be used for the signature collection, and there I think the Kosovo side could accommodate the application, which was simply not to figure out the application for the dialing of the”, he said.

About the energy acquisition, Bislimi has said Lajcak has proposed some changes to the contract between KEDS and Elektrosever.

“Z. Lajcak thinks we are very close to signing the agreement and has brought only 2-3 minor proposals in the contract for subcontamination between KEDK and Elektroseveri. We will give our municipalities for this and I think the next week should be the last week during which the contract should be signed eventually and start implementing it”, he stressed.
