For several months, the Commercial Court has been searching for new judges from the minority ranks.
All internal competitions opened so far have failed.
The tribunal's president, Mahir Tutuuli, fears the same fate will be held by the new competition opened by the Kosovo Judiciary Council.
“While several contests have been opened, four contests if I am not mistaken have been total, in either of the contests have applied no candidate, whether of Serbian belonging or of other minorities and those countries remain reserved, have still not been completed”, Mahir Tutuli stated Chairman of the Commercial Court.
For this refusal, Tutuul has an explanation.
Subtitles: The expertise in this area is deficit not only in communities, but also in the judges of Albanian affiliation. So it's a specific area that needs a specific one. Usually judges who are accommodated in other sectors know their work, it's problematic to reorient”, he follows.

Despite their absence, Chairman Tutul says work is going on without any problems for all communities.
