The Special Prosecutor has announced that he has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against indictees G.M. Serbian nationality, citizens of Kosovo and Serbia, with address to the settlement in Serbia, due to well-based suspicion of having committed criminal work the crime of fighting the civilian population.
“Pristic, November 29, 2023 The Special Prosecutor (PS) has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against the G.M. defendants. Serbian Nationality, Citizens of Kosovo and Serbia, with residence address in Serbia, due to well-based suspicion of having carried out the criminal work of fighting against the civilian population, sanctioned with Article 142 concerning Article 22 of the Socialist Socialist Republic's Federal Law Yugoslavia (c. “LP-RSFJ” as a law in effect at the time of the conduct of criminal acts. ”
The defendant is charged with taking part in the murder of 109 prisoners and in wounding another 108 prisoners -- all of Albanian nationality, known as Dubrava's Mazakra”.
The report reportedly has provided sufficient legal evidence proving that the defendant in co-ordination with other members of Serbian police and military forces has participated and contributed to the criminal offence for which he is being charged.
This criminal case has already passed the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina for further procedure. The defendant is located under the measure of security dealt with, according to the Court's decision to pre-procedure until a new verdict on the part of the court. Investigations into other defendants are ongoing, in absentia, as the same are elusive for law organs. ”
