Canay: Let's be vigilant what kind of association we're gonna establish

The former Kosovo consul in Germany, Blerim Canay, has said there are many NATO states playing outside the directives of this alliance.

As he says in Info Magazine, this is a sensitive issue that NATO states need to clarify, but on the Kosovo issue it adds that vigilance should be shown in what association will be established.
