In an X post, Borrell said he has notified the ministers of the situation in the Western Balkans, but also of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Klankosova.tv reports.
“I informed them of the current situation in the EU facilitated dialogue. Progress is needed on both sides”.
“I also recalled the importance of BiH using the moment to move decisively on its path to the EU”, Borrell wrote.
