While former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has no significant change, the TCH reports.
Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj after the end of the session, said the battle on this issue will be over, while stressing that the MP has no danger of leaving the country, as two days of the week is in parliament.
“Anyway, the house arrest measure was set. This issue remains political, is a scratch, Jamarber Malltezi has no kind of penalty. This issue is political, it is impossible for such issues within a day of work to be handed over incriminating and to register criminal proceedings. The trial yesterday was marked by a wooden prosecutor's language. Berisha has no danger of leaving, twice a week he is in parliament. The problem is legal, that requirement stems from an unconstitutional procedure. Thursday we have the next session. The battle will be long”, Gjokutaj said.
According to the Special Appeal's decision, Malltesy is commanded not to leave his residence and communicate with others except those who reside with him.
