Appeal changes the measure to Malltezi, Berisha leaves with “duetation”

While former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has no significant change, the TCH reports.

Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj after the end of the session, said the battle on this issue will be over, while stressing that the MP has no danger of leaving the country, as two days of the week is in parliament.

According to the Special Appeal's decision, Malltesy is commanded not to leave his residence and communicate with others except those who reside with him.
