The Special Prosecutor has announced on Thursday that officials as defendants are three officials from the Agency for Agriculture Development in Pristina, three AZHB officials in the Peja Regiment, an official from the Directorate for Agriculture in the Istog Community and an official from the Directorate for Agriculture in the Lipjan municipality.
According to the prosecution, there is a well-founded suspicion that defendants committed criminal acts, bribery, abuse of influence, help in the criminal offense take bribes, duty fraud, bribery and subsidies.
The threat of influence from Article 421 paragraph 1 related to Article 77 criminal acts under Kosovo's Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code, based on Article 419 paragraph 1 related to paragraph 3 and to Article 77 criminal acts following the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, bribing 33 of the 422 Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, including Article 3 on paragraph 3 and the 27 of Penal Acts in Kosovo.
