Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has discussed “possible” alternative to export wheat from Ukraine with European Commission President Ursula von der Leenen, the Ukrainian president's office said.
In July, Russia left an EU-backed agreement that enabled exports from Ukraine to sail from three approved Black Sea ports.
Since then, Kiev has started what it calls a temporary humanitarian corridor to the Black Sea for the export of wheat.
Zelensky's office said he and Mrs. von der Leyen agreed to hold <x0 constructive dialogue” on efforts to remove grain export restrictions imposed by some of Ukraine's neighbouring states, says Sky News.
